London Marathon Challenge 2012

I am taking part in this years London marathon on behalf of Prostrate Cancer and need to try and raise £2012. I am currently nearly half way there and would like to try and get the other half through the club. If you are able to help I really would appreciate it as Prostrate Cancer is one of the biggest killers of men, claiming the life of my dad, and would like to try and help this charity that is trying to help so many.

KickBoxercise/Boxercise

Kickboxercise/Boxercise classes are proving very popular, why not give them a try to see why. Afterwards we hold 30 minutes beginners sparring and all level sparring. So if you fancy getting fit and having a go at learning how to fight, male and female, then why not give them both a go. £6.50 for both or inclusive if you have a GMAA voucher.

Go Kart Night

We are trying to plan a GMAA go kart Grand Prix at the indoor go kart track in Grimsby, before the new year. If you are interested please put you name down on the form in reception so we can work out the costs and the night. Hopefully there will be enough interested as last years paint ball event was well attended and enjoyed.

Shoguns

Wednesday night 6.00 – 6.45 for ages 10-13 or those that have been told to move up from Little Ninjas. Lessons include fitness, sparring, combination and training games. We are also trying to build a sparring team which will represent GMAA.
